Getting new tires in Prince George, BC

Looked at the forecast for the next 1500 miles; Snow. They have road cameras you can look at and most of the roads are snow covered till we get past Tok, Ak. We have about 500 miles to go to get to the Yukon Territory. Check out these webcams at www.drivebc.ca . Hopefully you'll see us on the road, not down the bank. We are buying new heavy duty snow tires here in the town of Prince George. The guy in line before me was told they could get his tires on April 5. They told us they could do it for us crazy outoftowneres by early afternoon. We were spoiled by the uneventfulness so far. This is the part of the trip I've been dreading. Hopefully it's not going to be as bad as it looks. PS: stuff's expensive in BC.....D&H
